Early Bird / Student Fee

Interact's TOTAL STUDENT FEE provides 1 complimentary travel program for every 6 full-paying participants. Interact doesn't engage in the common practice of publishing a bare-bones price + an additional $95 membership fee + an additional fee of $275-$395. By comparison, Interact's TOTAL STUDENT FEE even includes Daily Customary Tips for guides, couriers, and charter bus drivers. If you're traveling to Costa Rica, even the current $26 departure tax is incorporated. If you're comparing companies exclusively on price, please add $275-$395 to the bare-bones price listed in most other catalogues. The sum will approximate Interact's TOTAL STUDENT FEE. We want you to be aware that if you're traveling on weekends or during peak travel periods, surcharges beyond Interact's control may apply. But we also believe that you have the right to know these charges BEFORE you meet with students and parents. You'll receive a WRITTEN CONFIRMATION which clearly states the TOTAL STUDENT FEE before your initial meeting. EARLY BIRD 2012 Early Bird student fees are online. When viewing the complete itinerary, roll-over the map and midweek student fees appear. Double Realia Reward Enroll your group of eight or more full-paying participants by MAY 5 and we’ll double your initial Realia Reward. Earn $10 per full-paying participant instead of the normal $5. Peace of Mind Early Bird students can cancel with an immediate replacement as late as the middle payment and receive a FULL REFUND. Fall Enrollment Fall enrollment is available in September. The total student fee effective in fall applies for new students. Organizing Teachers collect and send new enrollments in one group envelope, and, if applicable, complete the roster of Official Assistants. ALL LATE ENROLLMENT FEES ARE WAIVED.
